Watermelon Barfi.....(Tarbuje ki barfi)

Hello friends........I am sangeeta Agrawal and welcome you heartily at my blog.
Friends... Now summer season is going on ..We are enjoying watermelons in the form of salid and juice.
But today we will make the watermelon barfi......So......Yummy and tasty...
Ingredients....
1. 2 kg. Watermelon
2. 150 gram milk powder
3. 150 gram sugar
4.100 gram cashew or almond powder
5. 1 spoon pure deshi ghee
6. 1 table spoon watermelon mingi (beej)
7. 1|2 tea spoon cardamom powder (hari ilaichi).
8. 2 table spoon finely chopped dry fruits
Method...
First wash and cut the watermelon as usual and separate the seeds of it.
Now we will use the both parts of watermelon....Raw and Ripe.
So..First grate the pulp of its skin (chilka)...And set aside.
We will grind the ripe red pulp of watermelon immediately just before cooking it..... Otherwise it would turn into juice water.
So....On the flame and put a kadai.Heat the ghee and add raw part of grated watermelon chilkas ....and roast it properly until it cooked.
Then grind the pulp of  half water melon (1 kg. Only)  in the mixer...And immediately pour it into the raw mixture of watermelon.It starts  splittering.. So cover it and stir it time to time with the help of a spatula.
As  the mixture starts dry...Add sugar.. And again stir it until the sugar syrup   dissolves in the mixture of watermelon.
Now add the milk powder and roasted  watermelon mingi  in it........Stir it continuously until it becomes dry. Add. the nut powder for the perfect binding of watermelon barfi.....And stir it fastly until the solidifying consistency.
Lastly add cardamom powder and some chopped dry fruits.
Transfer it in a greased container and garnish it with the dry fruits.
After cooling ...Cut it in your choice.
Yummy watermelon barfi is ready.
Note..
1.Use the maximum raw part of watermelon.... because. ...It is the solid part for making barfi dough....Very easy to grate.
2. It itself is very red...No need of any colour.
