Lauki Ki Barfi Without Mawa


Hello friends,
Me hoon Sangeeta Agrawal aur mere blog par aapka bahut bahut swagat hai. Aaj ki recepie hai Lauki Ki Barfi jo ki bahut healthy aur tasty hoti hai.

# INGREDIENTS
1. 1 kg fresh lauki
2. 500 gram milk
3. 250 gram cheeni
4. 2 tablespoon ghee for roasting grated lauki
5. 2 table spoon milk maid or milk powder
6. 3 tablespoon roasted nuts (finely chopped)
7. Chopped pista or chaandi vark for garnishing barfi.

# METHOD OF MAKING
  • Pehle lauki yaa bottlegourd ko acchi tarah dhokar, cheelkar aur grate karke kadhai me ghee daal kar lauki ko bhun lenge. Ab doodh daal dry hone tak roast kariye. Ab Cheeni dal dijiye aur paani sukhne  tak pakaiye. 
  • Last me 2 tablespoon milkmaid yaa milk powder daal kar barfi ko set hone ki consistency tak chala kar, kisi greased container me transfer karke pista yaa chaandi vark se garnish karen.
  • Thandi hone par apni pasand ke aakar me cut kijiye.

# THINGS TO CONSIDER
1. Grated lauki ko turant kadhai me roast kare yaa thande paani me daal kar aur extra paani ko nikal kar roast kare. Nahi to lauki ka rang kaala  ho jaata hai.
2. Full cream doodh lijiye.
3. Acchi rangat ke liye green food color use kar sakte hain.

Coconut Fudge...Market Style Coconut Burfi ..Two Ingredients Recipe

Hello friends,
Namaskar, me hoon Sangeeta Agrawal aur mere blog par aapka bahut bahut swagat hai. Aaj ki recipe hai instant Nariyal Barfi.

# INGREDIENTS
1. Grated and grinded coconut.....250 gram
2. Milk 400 grams
3. Cheeni -200 grams ( powder sugar )
4.  Ilaichi powder...1|2 Tea spoon
5. Vasanti food color...1|4 Tea spoon
6.Deshi ghee...1 Table spoon
7. Chandi vark for garnishing

# METHOD OF MAKING
  • Sabse pehle nariyal ko pani se dhokar aur peel karke kaale hisse ko hata dijiye.
  • Ab ise grater m grate kijiye aur side me rakh dijiye.
  • Ab pahle mixer jar mai cheeni ko peec ( grind ) lijiye.
  •  Ab grated nariyal ( coconut ) ko doodh ke saath mixer me bareek grind kijiye. 
  • Ab ek bhaari kadhai ( Heavy bottomed ) me ghee garam karke nariyal wale paste ko jab tak bhoone, jab tak milk sookh naa jaaye aur koi bhi moisture ki bhunte samay sound na aaye.....
  • Yahi pahchaan hai  ki ab mixture bhun chuka hai..
  • Iske baad cheeni mila kar lagatar chalate huye bhuniye. Jab mixture kadhai chodne lage ya dry ho jaaye, tab ek greased container me transfer kar lijiye. Acchi tarah set karke chandi vark yaa pista se garnish karen. Thanda hone par barfi ki shape me cut kijiye.
# THINGS TO CONSIDER

1. Mixture ko bareek grind kare.
2. Acchi khushboo aane tak roast kariye.
3. Agar mixture soft ho to fridge me rakh kar set kare.
4. Aap dessicated coconut powder bhi use kar sakte hain...Market m aasani se mil jaata hai.
5. Powder sugar hi use karen nhi toh cheeni k dane rah jaate hai barfi mai.
6.Lagatar barfi ke mixture ko chalate rahiye.. Otherwise yeh kadhai me lag ya jal sakta hai..( Stir the barfi mixture continuously otherwise it can burn.)
