Ingredients....
1. 400 gram bitter gourd
2. 3 big spoon oil
3. Salt to taste...For merinating kerela and for the stuffing of kerela...
4.1 big spoon turmeric powder
5.1 tea spoon red chili powder
6.2 big spoon coriander powder
7.2 big spoon fennel (saunf ) powder
8.1 spoon dry mango powder or half pulp of a raw mango
9. Thread for binding kerelas
10. 1|2 tea spoon cumin seeds and a pinch of heeng.

10. 1|2 tea spoon cumin seeds and a pinch of heeng.
Method....
First after washing bitter gourd properly...We will scrap all the kerela and keep aside the peels (chilka) of it.Then cut it in the middle while joining the both ends.
Now we will marinate the peeled kerela and scraps of bitter gourd with salt so that kerela would become soft and bitterless.Put them with salt for half an hour.Then wash with water and squeeze gently.
Now mix all the spices in the scraps of kerela.Stuffing mixture is ready.
Stuff the kerela with this mixture and bind them softly with a thread.
Now on the flame and heat the oil.Add cumin seeds and a pinch of aesafotida for a nice taste and aroma.Place kerelas one by one in the pan and sim the flame so that it could be cooked properly.
Cook the kerela by changing the sides of them.
At last time of cooking kerala.....Press them gently and then fry it.
Before serving..... Separate all the threads of it.

1. Sprinkle some water on the bitter gourd if it remains raw....And then again cook and fry.
If you like ..Add 1 spoon sugar in the stuffing...It also tastes yummy.
