"Street Icecream With Puffed Rice" ( Murmura )

#In the summer you enjoy different types of icecream and shakes.But you have rarely enjoyed this puffed rice icecream which  I enjoyed in my childhood from the street icecream sellers....This tastes yum and cheesy.
# Puffed rice is a type of puffed grain from the Indian Continent, made from rice, commonly used in breakfast cereal or snack foods.
# In India it is served as a popular street food called "Bhelpuri,Bhel or jhaalmuri .
It is eaten as a healthy snack.
Prep Time.....5 minutes
Cook Time....5 minutes
For person....4
# Ingredients
1. Full cream milk...1|2 litre
2. Cream.....100 ml.
3. Puffed rice..1 small bowl ( grinded )
4. Sugar...50 gram ( powder sugar )
5.pistachios....3 tbsp
6. Chopped nuts....2 tbsp
7. Pinch of green food colour
8. Whole puffed rice...1 tsp (dipped in sweet milk )
# Method
# Boil the milk for 5 minutes.
#Add the powder of puffed rice and off the flame.
# Don't boil the milk after adding the puffed rice powder otherwise it will turn in the puffed rice pudding.
# Allow it to cool down.Then add cream, powder sugar, chopped nuts and pinch of green food colour and dipped puffed rice.
# Set it in the Fridge in the icecream container or moulds inserting a stick.
# This icecream does not take much time to set....Maximum time is....5 hours.
# Garnish it with lots of pistachios.
# Puffed rice icecream is ready to serve.
Note..
# Don't cook the milk after adding puffed rice....It will turn in a tasty pudding not icecream mixture.
# Mix the cream in the milk when it is cooled down otherwise it will be oily.
# You can garnish it with some fruits of your choice and mixing the squash and syrup of own taste.
