Healthy Curry Leaves Chutney

Hello friends,
Me hoon Sangeeta Agrawal aur mere blog par aap sabka bahut bahut swagat hai. Aaj hum bana rahe hain bahut hi swadisht curry patta ki chutney.

# INGREDIENTS
1. 100 gram or ek bunch curry patta
2. 2 tablespoon dahi (curd)
3. 1 lemon
4. 1 tea-spoon sendha namak,1 teaspoon kaala namak
5. 1  pinch of heeng (asafetida)
6. 5 or 6 hari mirch (green chilli)
7. 1/2 tea spoon ginger

# METHOD

  • Curry patta ko acchi tarah dhokar aadhey ghantay ke liye pani me bhigo dijiye jisse kadi patta soft ho jaatay hain aur chutney ka jaldi hee fine paste ban jaata hai. Ab sabhi ko ek saath milakar grind kijiye. Chutney taiyar hai.
  • If you like garlic then you add in it.
  • If you add half bowl groundnut or coconut, it is ready for dosa and idli.
