# INGREDIENTS
1. 1cup mango pulp
2. 1cup powder sugar
3. 1cup coconut powder
4. 1 cup milk powder
5. 1 tablespoon corn powder
6. 2 tablespoon desi ghee
7. Saffron
8. Pinch of mango food color
9. Some finely chopped dry fruits
# METHOD OF MAKING
- Ek kadhai (vessel) me ghee garm karke half coconut powder ko roast kariye. Phir ek saath sabhi ingredients ko dalkar tab tak chaliye jab tak mixture kadhai se alag hone lage.
- Ab dough ko thanda hone par haath me ghee lagakar baati ke aakar mein banaye aur coconut powder me lapet kar fridge me rakh dijiye thanda hone ke liye.
- Lijiye thandi mango baati taiyar hai doston. Garmi ke mausam me thandi mango baati bahut hi tasty lagti hai.
# THINGS TO BE NOTED
1. Swad me aam meetha ho.
2. Corn flour ko mango pulp me pehle hi mila lijiye jisse lumps naa rahen.
3. Agar mixture loose hai to fridge me thanda kare aur phir baati banaye.
