# But today we will make these laddu with the help of milk.
Since, sometimes milk powder and condensed milk is not available at home.
We have to wait for it.
These laddus are super delicious and differ in taste as normal coconut laddu.

# Ingredients for Narkel Naru...
1. Desiccated coconut powder....250 gram
( 1 grated and grinded coconut )
( 1 grated and grinded coconut )
2. Sugar.....125 gram
3. Milk....400 gram or (1|2 cup condensed milk + 3 table spoon milk powder )
4. Mawa or khoya...200 gram or 1 cup
5. Clarified butter...1 table spoon
6. Cardamom powder...1|2 tea spoon
7.Chopped Dry fruits....3 table spoon as almond, pista and raisins ( kishmish )

# Method Of Making Narkel Naru.
1. First grate the coconut and grind it in the mixture.
2.Then add milk in the grinded coconut mixture and grind it again to make a smooth paste.
3. Now heat a heavy bottomed pan or kadai with 1 spoon pure ghee.
4. Add the grinded paste of coconut and milk. Roast it well till the thick consistency of a dough to make the laddu.
5. As the dough becomes thick then add 100 gram powder sugar and cardamom powder to it.
6. Now roast it again till the sugar is dissolved in the coconut dough.
7. Take out the dough of coconut in a plate and let it cool.
If you are using condensed milk and milk powder in place of milk...Then follow this step...
First roast the coconut powder with 1 spoon ghee, then add sugar and condensed milk
As the batter becomes thick, then add milk powder and cardamom powder and roast it again as the consistency of dough.
Let it cool.

8. Now roast the mawa in another pan for 5 minutes without changing its colour.

9. Now mix the remaining 25 gram sugar in the mawa. Let it cool. Then knead it to make it smooth.
Now both dough of coconut and mawa are ready to make laddu.
10. For making laddu...First grease your palm then take a small portion of coconut dough, flatten it on the palm, then stuff a little mawa and mix dry fruits in it.
Round the shape of laddu carefully.
11. Garnish the laddus with raisins and dry fruits.
Transferring in the refrigerator you can enjoy it till one week.
Try it once....As they are super delicious as stuffed coconut laddu.
Note...
1. Roast the dough of coconut in a heavy bottomed wok so that it could not stick or burn.
2. You can apply any method of making laddu...As coconut dough with milk
Or coconut powder with condensed milk and milk powder.
Both are perfect.

3. Roasting increases the self life of dough and makes the dough moistureless.
