Today I am sharing the recipe of tomato chutney that is super delicious and tangy with its spices.
# Ingredients For Tomato Chutney..
1. Red Tomato....300 gram 4 or 5
2. Mustard seeds....1|2 tea spoon
3. Cumin seeds......1|2 tea spoon
4. Fenugreek seeds...3|4 tea spoon
5.pinch of asafoetida
6. Whole red chilies...1 or 2
7. Fennel powder...1 tea spoon
8.Black pepper..8 or 10
9. Chopped ginger...1 piece
10. Sendha salt..1 Tea spoon or as taste
11. Oil....2 table spoon

# Ingredients For Tempering Chutney
1. Oil....1 table spoon (khaane wali spoon )
2.Mustard seeds....1|2 tea spoon
3. Curry leaves......5 or 6 ( optional )
4.Pinch of red chili powder

# Method Of Tomato Chutney
1. First wash and cut tomatoes in small pieces.
2 Heat oil and add methi dana ( fenugreek seeds to crackle, then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to crackle
Now add a pinch of asafoetida and red whole chili. Saute it for few seconds.

3. Now add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Cover it to cook for 5 minutes.
4. After five minutes, check and saute it.
Add a little water as required. Cover again to cook for 5 minutes.

5. In this way, this tomato chutney will take 15 minutes to cook.
6. Let it cool down.
7.Then grind it in the mixer jar to make a smooth paste of it.
8. Take out in a bowl and temper it.
9. For tempering the chutney, heat oil in tadka pan and add mustard seeds to crackle.
Off the flame. Let it cool a little.
Then add a pinch of red chili powder and pour it on the top of chutney.

Tangy and tasty tomato chutney is ready to serve.
Either Wrap your bread or paratha with this chutney or enjoy it with your snacks.
As a side dish, you can enjoy this in every meal of the day.
Note...
1. If you want less spicy chutney, then take out whole red chili before grinding it in the mixer.
You can also add 1|2 tea spoon powder sugar and 1 tea spoon lemon juice to balance the spicy taste of it.

After washing tomatoes well, heat the tomatoes one by one with the help of plucker.
Now remove the skin of all tomatoes. Let it cool.Then cut it into 2 pieces.
Now seed out the tomatoes well, with the help of a spoon.
Then cut them in small pieces and make your tomato chutney.
