Restaurant Style Coriander Chutney

Chutney and pickles play an important role in making our breakfast, lunch and dinner yummy. They enhance the taste of daily food. Even when we are not liking daily routine curry, then if we see tempting
chutney in the plate, we start eating food happily.
Chutney is not only a  tasty side dish but also it is healthy too,  for mostly it is made of herbs and vegetables.
In this context...today I am sharing the recipe of restaurant style green chutney.
It is so delicious and less spicy that you can taste it even without food or snacks.
#  Ingredients For The Coriander Chutney..
1. Fresh green coriander.... .100 gram
2.Yogurt or dahi...100 gram
3. Green chilies....3 or 4
4.chopped ginger..1 spoon
5. Lemon juice...1 lemon
6.pinch of asafoetida
7. Sendha salt...1 tea spoon
8 Black salt.....1 tea spoon or to taste
#  How to prepare Chutney..
1. Wash the coriander leaves very well and  sieve it.
2. Now put all the ingredients of chutney with coriander in a mixer jar,  except yogurt. Blend it and add little water as required.
3. After blending once, now add yogurt in the chutney and make a smooth paste of it.
4. Take out in a bowl.
Serve it with naan, chapatis, puree or parantha.
Note...
1. If you want to make pure spicy coriander chutney for dal bati, pulao,bhaji or snacks,. Then remove the curd in this chutney recipe.
And add more green chillies as taste and 1|2 tea spoon cumin seeds and amchur.
2. Transferring in the refrigerator, you can use it 3 or 4 days.
An important tip is that if you want to increase the self life of chutney, then add 1 spoon oil in it.
